Jubilant Life Sciences announced that Lalit Jain has retired from the services of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of 31 January 2015.

Accordingly, Lalit Jain is ceased to be the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of 31 January 2015.
