Kesar Enterprises announces cessation of director

With effect from 31 December 2014

Kesar Enterprises announced that the Company has received a letter dated 31 December 2014 from M H Kilachand tendering her resignation from the office of Director of the Company on the ground that she is not in a position to give sufficient time and participate actively in the deliberations of the Board as the Director of the Company due to her engagement in various social activities. Accordingly, M H Kilachand ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 31 December 2014.
