Kharif Rice Area Coverage Rigesters Increase of 3.32 lakh hectare Over Last Year

As per data released by Directorate of Economics & Statistics, acreage under kharif rice has increased to 380.06 lakh hectare as compared to 376.74 lakh hectare during the same period of last year.

As regards Rabi Coarse cereals and Oilseeds crops, comparative area coverage is given below:
