L&T Infrastructure Finance to issue debentures on pvt placement

L&T Infrastructure Finance Company announced that the company intends to issue secured, redeemable, non- convertible debentures of face value Rs 2500000 each, amounting to Rs 200 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs.100 Crore, on private placement basis.
