Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works director resigns

V B Haribhakti has resigned as an independent director from directorship of Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works with effect from 10 February 2015 owing to his advancing age and the same has been noted by the board of directors in the meeting held on 09 February 2015.
