Lancor Holdings provides update on various projects

Obtains RERA registration for two projects in Chennai

Lancor Holdings announced that the Company has obtained RERA registration for the ongoing projects named as 'Srihari' a boutique development, in Chennai and 'TCP- Altura' located at Sholinganullur, Chennai with 294 apartments having a super built up area of about 2.65 lakh sq. ft.

The Company has also entered into development agreements for construction and sale of two further projects each having 319 apartments and 394 apartments with a total developable area of 6 lakh sq. ft.
