Lloyds Metals & Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 January 2018, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2017, to consider and approve the ratification of the approval and implementation of THE LLOYDS ESOP - 2017, through Trust route, to consider and approve the draft notice of Postal Ballot.
