Mahindra CIE Automotive allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Mahindra CIE Automotive that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution passed on 02 November 2015 issued and allotted 49,400 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,232,522,450/- to Rs. 3,233,016,450/-.
