With effect from 17 October 2019
Mahindra CIE Automotive has appointed Manoj Mullassery Menon (DIN: 07642469), the Chief Executive Officer - Foundry, Magnetic Products and Gears Divisions of the Company, as an additional director of the Company with effect from 17 October, 2019.The Board also approved the appointment of Menon as Whole-time Director of the Company, for a period of 3 (three) years, who shall be designated as ''Executive Director'' with effect from 17 October, 2019.
