Maithan Alloys gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation

On 31 March 2016

Maithan Alloys announced that Hon'ble Calcutta High Court on 31 March 2016 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Anjaney Alloys with Maithan Alloys and their respective shareholders.

The Scheme will come into effect upon the certified copy of the High Court Order is filed with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
