Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals offers equity shares on Rights basis

Mangalore Petrochemicals announced that the company has offered 101,99,74,500 equity shares on rights basis at Rs 14.20 per share to its existing shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholding. The Board of MRPL, on 24 February 2015 has approved for subscribing to the entire rights offer made by OMPL, including MRPL's portion of rights shares at Rs 14.20 per share.
