Manugraph India announces change in company secretary

With effect from 17 November 2014

Manugraph India announced that Ravindra V. Joshi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has resigned from the services of the Company from the closing business hours on 17 November 2014.

Further, the Company has appointed Mihir Mehta, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
