Mastek allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Mastek announced that at a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee held on 21 April 2015, 27,337 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
