MEP Infrastructure Developers JV emerges preferred bidder for NHAI project

MEP Infrastructure Developers in Joint Venture with LongJian Road & Bridge Company has emerged as a preferred Bidder (L1) by National Highways Authority of India ('NHAI') for the following Project:

Construction of 8 (Eight) Laning of existing 4 (Four) Lane VADAPE to THANE from km. 539.202 to km. 563.000 Section of NH-3 (new NH-848) in the State of Maharashtra to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

Key highlights of the Project are as under:

(i)Construction Period:2.5 years from the Appointed Date.
(ii)Concession Period:15 years (excluding Construction Period of 2.5 years).
(iii)The Bid Project Cost is Rs. 1,182.87 crore and O&M Bid is Rs.4.50 crore for the First Year.
(iv)The Company will receive Bi-Annual Annuity from NHAI post Commercial Operation Date (COD).
