Metroglobal standalone net profit rises 78.75% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 5.90% to Rs 101.76 crore

Net profit of Metroglobal rose 78.75% to Rs 1.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 0.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 5.90% to Rs 101.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 96.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.91% to Rs 17.71 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 15.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 6.51% to Rs 327.77 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 350.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
