Moving Picture Company (I) secures extension to hold AGM

Moving Picture Company (I) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015 decided to extend the time for conducting the Annual General Meeting for the year 2014-2015. The Company has obtained required approval from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 for extension of time for conducting the Annual General Meeting upto 30 November 2015.
