Muthoot Finance has allotted 1,31,580 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. Post allotment the paid up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 4,00,73,29,010 consisting of 40,07,32,901 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,00,86,44,810 consisting of 40,08,64,481 equity shares of Rs. 10/-.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
