Muthoot Finance allots 93,680 equity shares under ESOP

Muthoot Finance has allotted 93,680 equity shares of face value of Rs. 50/- each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 4,010,785,360 consisting of 401,078,536 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,011,722,160 consisting of 401,172,216 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
