Nihar Info Global announces proposed change in shareholding

Nihar Info Global announced BSN Suryanarayana, Managing Director of the Company is proposing to transfer 1,00,000 equity shares from his holding as donation to a Temple.

His current holding is 7,25,425 equity shares which after transfer will stand reduced to 6,25,425 equity shares.
