NIIT Technologies allots equity shares

Under ESOP

NIIT Technologies announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 131,175 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on 11 November 2014. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,951,174 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 609,511,740/-.
