State Bank of India announces change in directorate

With effect from 11 November 2014

State Bank of India announced that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of Section 19 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, vide its notification dated 11 November 2014, has nominated Dr. Hasmukh Adhia, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, to be a Director on the Central Board of Directors of State Bank of India with immediate effect and until further orders vice Dr. Gurdial Singh Sandhu.
