NMDC announced the production and sales of iron ore (provisional) up to the month of March 2018 as under -

Production up to 31 March 2018
Chhattisgarh - 23.50 million tonnes
Karnataka - 12.00 million tonnes
Total - 35.50 million tonnes.

Sales up to 31 March 2018
Chhattisgarh - 23.16 million tonnes
Karnataka - 12.91 million tonnes
Total - 36.07 million tonnes.
