With effect from 19 January 2015
NTPC announced about the following:- The three years' tenure of the following non-official part-time Directors (Independent Directors), who were appointed by the President of India through Letter dated 20 January 2012 of Ministry of Power, has been completed on 19 January 2015 (A/N):
1. Ajit M. Nimbalkar
2. S. R. Upadhyay
Accordingly, these Directors have ceased to be the non-official part-time Directors (Independent Directors) of NTPC w.e.f. 19 January 2015 (A/N).
