Orbit Corporation announces appointment of compliance officer

Orbit Corporation announced that on resignation of S. R. Soni, Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer and in the absence of Company secretary being appointed by the Company, Pujit Aggarwal, the Managing Director will be Compliance Officer for compliance of Listing Agreement, SEBI Rules and Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
