OTCO International announces change in registered office

With effect from 15 December 2015

OTCO International announced that the Directors of the Company had approved the change of situation of the Registered Office of the Company within the local limits of the Bangalore city by holding a meeting and passing Resolution on 15 December 2015.

Accordingly, the situation of Registered Office of the Company has changed from #139, 1st Floor, Gurumurthy Bhavan, Infantry Road, Bangalore - 560001, India to 1/1, 21st Cross, C.M.H. Road, Lakshmipuram, Halasuru, Bangalore, Karnataka-560008, India w.e.f. 15 December 2015.
