Bloom Dekor announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 December 2014 have adopted and approved the following business:

Appointment of M/s Dharmendra Shah & Co. as an auditor of the Company as M/s. B T Vora & Associates shows unwillingness to act as an auditor of the Company.
