With effect from 30 September 2014

Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing announced that Saroj Sherawat, Company Secretary has resigned from the post w.e.f. 30 September 2014 and Nishu Tomar has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 October 2014 in her place.
