Outcome of board meeting of Heritage Foods

Heritage Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2015, inter alia, has approved the following items:

1. To appointment of Savita Jyothi as scrutinizer for conducting e-voting for the Annual General Meeting.

2. The appointment of SBI Capital Markets (SBICAP), Mumbai as the investment banking service providers and financial advisers in connection with the potential establishment of a joint venture with a leading European Company to collaborate on Dairy products for the Indian/Overseas market.
