Outcome of board meeting of Himalya International

Held on 30 January 2015

Himalya International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, reviewed and approved as under:-

1. Board approved the Appointment of Prachi Dua Company Secretary of the Company.

2. In view of new products export orders being received, The Company should request adequate working capital support from its existing Banks asap.
