Outcome of board meeting of Housing Development & Infrastructure

Housing Development & Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Considered to issue security up to US$ 350 million subject to approval of the shareholders at the forth coming annual general meeting.

2. Adoption of code of Fair Disclosure under revised Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
