Anna Infrastructures shifts registered office

With effect from 13 May 2015

Anna Infrastructures announced that the Shifting of Registered Office from State of Delhi to State of Uttar Pradesh has been confirmed by an order of Regional Director, Northern Region Bench (MCA), Noida bearing date 27 March 2015.

Certificate of Registration of Regional Director order for Change of State has been issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on 13 May 2015.

Now the Registered office of the Company is :- Shop No. 1 & 3, E-14/6, First Floor, Shanta Tower, Sanjay Place, Agra - 282002.
