Outcome of board meeting of Jubilant Industries

Jubilant Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

- The Board has also approved extension of three months to hold the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2014-15 beyond 30 September 2015.
