P C Products India announced that at the Board Meeting of Directors of the Company held on 17 August 2016, at 11.00 A.M, the following were duly considered and approved:

1. The future business plans of the Company including the Acquisition of New Businesses or Entities by way of Equity/Investments in order to achieve inorganic growth.

2. Mr. Devender Kumar Rathi, Whole-time Director has been authorized to identify Companies and take necessary steps in this regard.
