Outcome of board meeting of S V Global Mill

Held on 30 October 2015

S V Global Mill announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015 inter alia, have considered the following :

1. Approved the resignation of S.S. Arunachalam, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from the close hours of 31 October 2015.

2. Investment in the equity shares of the S V Global Finances.

3. Approved the appointment of S. Ravichandran as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
