Outcome of board meeting of Steel Strips Wheels

Steel Strips Wheels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014, have approved the followings:

- Draft Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 for issuing upto 1,50,000 options convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, to eligible employees, subject to the approval of shareholders and other appropriate authorities, if required.
