Outcome of board meeting of Sujana Universal Industries

At meeting held on 14 November 2017

The Board of Sujana Universal Industries has approved and noted the vacation of office of Independent and Non- Executive Director, by J.Ramakrishnan, under Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act,2013 due to his absence from all Board Meetings during the preceding 12 months. The Board also considered the Corporate Debt Restructuring plan submitted to the Consortium of Banks and the status thereof.
