Ucal Fuel Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 August 2014 inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:

1. Notice of 28th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

2. Directors Report to the Shareholders along with the annexure.

3. Appointment of Ram Ramamurthy, as Additional Director and Whole Time Director of the Company.

4. Appointment of Dr. V Krishnamurthy as Advisor of the Company .
