Outcome of board meeting of Unno Industries

Held on 19 December 2014

Unno Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 December 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses :

1. Approved acquisition of a web platform NPASource.com (http://npasource.com) developed by Atishya Group at a consideration, the form of which can be either in cash or kind, based upon the Valuation Report of the said portal by an approved valuer;

2. Approved and taken on record the Resignation of Jai Prakash Gupta, Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company; and

3. Appointment of Pankaj Dawar as an Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company.
