Palsoft Infosystems appoints company secretary

With effect from 25 April 2015

Palsoft Infosystems announced that the Board has confirmed the appointment of Shilpa Agarwal, members of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as Company Secretary w.e.f. 25 April 2015.

She will also act as compliance officer of the Company.
