Peacock Industries appoints company secretary cum compliance officer

With effect from 12 December 2014

Peacock Industries announced that Aditi Parmar, a member of the Institute of company Secretaries of India has joined the Company and has been designated as a Assistant Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer with effect from 12 December 2014.

Further Prakash Chandra Talesra hitherto working as a Compliance Officer will cease to be so with effect from the said date.
