Petron Engineering Construction announces resignation of directors

With effect from 17 February 2018

Petron Engineering Construction announced that Ajay Hans, Non-executive Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Directorship w.e.f. 17 February 2018 due to pre-occupations in other activities.

Sanjay Jain, Non-executive Independent Director has also tendered his resignation from Directorship w.e.f. 17 February 2018 due to personal reason.
