High Street Filatex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following matters:

1. Approved the appointment of Raj Kumar Sethia as Additional Director of the Company.

2. Approved the appointment of Neeta Sethia as Additional Director of the Company.

3. Approved the resignation of CS Nidhi Khandelwal as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

4. Approved the appointment of CS Shefali Singhal as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect.
