Premier receives Rs 83.51 crore from DFCC (subsidiary of India Railways)

As partial compensation for acquiring land

Premier has received Rs 83.51 crore (net) as a part payment towards compensation from the DFCC (a subsidiary of the Indian Railways) for compulsorily acquiring a part of the Company's land. Of this, Rs 62.5 crore has been utilised to repay term debt, all public fixed deposits and other high cost debt. The balance has been used in operations of the Company.
