Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care appoints additional director

With effect from 15 March 2014

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has announced that Shailyamanyu Singh has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-executive Director) of the Company, vide circular resolution approved by the Board of Directors on 15 March 2014. Shailyamanyu Singh's appointment is effective from 15 March 2014 and he shall hold office till the ensuing 50th annual general meeting of the Company.
