Rain Industries consolidated net profit rises 167.47% in the December 2020 quarter

Sales decline 6.72% to Rs 2640.23 crore

Net profit of Rain Industries rose 167.47% to Rs 306.95 crore in the quarter ended December 2020 as against Rs 114.76 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2019. Sales declined 6.72% to Rs 2640.23 crore in the quarter ended December 2020 as against Rs 2830.42 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2019.

For the full year,net profit rose 42.62% to Rs 558.17 crore in the year ended December 2020 as against Rs 391.38 crore during the previous year ended December 2019. Sales declined 15.34% to Rs 10464.69 crore in the year ended December 2020 as against Rs 12360.66 crore during the previous year ended December 2019.
