Ramsinghani has resigned as Managing Director w.e.f. 31 May 2017 and shall continue to act as Chairman of the company w.e.f. 01 June 2017 and Satinderjit Singh Arora has been appointed a whole time director of the company w.e.f. 01 June 2017 and resigned as CFO w.e.f. 31 May 2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
