Reliance Communications provides updates on scheme of arrangement

Seeks approval of High Courts of Bombay and Rajasthan

Reliance Communications announced that the Company have received Observation Letter from BSE and National Stock Exchange of India on the Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme).

The Company and Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL) are proceeding to file necessary application with the Bombay High Court and Rajasthan High Court respectively for approval of the Scheme.
