Riga Sugar Company Ltd has informed BSE that the 'Committee for Issue of Shares/Warrants' in its meeting held on December 30, 2016 has allotted.- 5,50,000 Equity Shares to the Promoter Group by converting 5,50,000 Convertible Equity Share Warrants.
