Rishiroop to hold board meeting

Rishiroop will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 June 2016, to consider and approve the allotment of equity shares to the holders of 1% Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) who have tendered their OCPS for conversion to equity shares as per the terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation with Rishiroop Rubber (International) Limited approved by the High Court.
