RMG Alloy Steel to hold board meeting

On 1 March 2018

RMG Alloy Steel will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 March 2018, to consider the Issue of equity shares together with warrants carrying option to subscribe to equity shares or alternatively, redeemable preference shares, on preferential basis to constituent/s of Promoters' group of the Company and to some private investors in the sum of the amount and at a price as may be determined by the Board.
